General Class Information

Registration is on day one from 8:30-9 AM. Class on subsequent days begins at 9:00 AM. Class ends each day at 5:00 PM. The last day of each class will end at 4:00 PM.

Please dress in layers. The idea of a “comfortable temperature” is subjective, so we will try to keep the meeting room on the cool side.

Please bring your own pens, highlighters, and paper for note taking.

Classes are conducted in a “business casual” atmosphere.

Sorry – we do not allow visual or audio recordings of any type.

Laptops are suggested for any of the statistics-based, product launch, or reporting classes.
